Our apartments are situated on Gambier Terrace in the prestigious Georgian Quarter of Liverpool, close to Liverpool University, Liverpool One Retail Center, The Royal Liverpool Hospital and The Albert Dock. Whilst living in the heart of the City with its many attractions and amenities, our tenants also enjoy the benefits of a peaceful tree-lined private drive, welcoming gardens and elegant well maintained apartments.


We are a first class family owned property business. Our apartments comprise a stylish collection of one, two, three and four bedroom properties, which come fully equipped with modern amenities that blend effortlessly with the big windows, high ceilings, and original decorations of the 19th century houses. Not only are the apartments a delight but our tenants also enjoy the gardens, private patio, Resident’s parking and lock-up garages that are available on request.


Our apartments are available at highly competitive prices. They range in price from £770 (One bed) through £800, £850, £900, £950 for two bed Flats depending on their size and £1600 for 3 and 4 bedrooms.
